Free and paid plans
Local reading, vocabulary, and daily review are free. Pro and Teams add paid features and usage allowances described below. Start a card-free trial or choose a subscription in Your plan.
Your responsibility
Translations, readings, and generated drafts may contain errors. Review original source evidence before acting on assignments. Iris never sends email or accepts commitments on your behalf.
Subscriptions
Pro costs $11.99 monthly or $115 annually. Teams costs $240 per seat annually with a five-seat minimum. Included usage resets monthly. Checkout displays taxes and total charges before payment. No automatic usage overages are charged.
Trial and cancellation
The Pro trial lasts 14 days and includes five meeting hours and twenty writing requests. No payment card is required for the trial. Cancel in your billing portal; paid access continues through the current paid period. Local vocabulary and exports remain available afterward.
Refunds
For billing mistakes or an initial purchase that does not work as described, contact support within 14 days. Refund requests are handled through Paddle and reviewed individually; mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Appropriate use
Use Iris only on content you are authorized to access and process. Respect workplace rules when using cloud features. Do not misuse the service, share account credentials, or attempt to bypass usage limits.
