キャンセル・返金 · Cancellation and refunds
Iris Unlimited は、ご購入から30日以内であれば理由を問わず全額を返金します。年額・月額のプランは請求ページからいつでも解約でき、お支払い済みの期間の終わりまでご利用いただけます。Pro と Teams は、請求の誤りや、初回のご購入が説明どおりに動作しない場合に、14日以内にご連絡いただければ返金に対応します。返金は Paddle の領収書メールへの返信か、上記のメールアドレスでお申し込みください。法律上のお客様の権利は制限されません。
Iris Unlimited: a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Yearly and monthly plans can be cancelled at any time on the billing page and stay active until the end of the paid period. Pro and Teams: refunds for billing mistakes or an initial purchase that does not work as described, requested within 14 days. Reply to your Paddle receipt or email us. Your statutory rights are not limited.
